1. Are my credit card details safe?

Absolutely, when you proceed with payment, your credit card details will be routed to a secure server and encrypted. We use Direct Payment Solution as our provider.

2. What is your policy on return?
All our products come with a guarantee on workmanship and materials, and a 7 days right of return for your money back or a replacement (unless previously arranged).  Please read our terms and conditions to ensure your security and satisfaction.

3. What are the beans?
Beans are expanded polystyrene 'beads'. They look like tiny white peas. Polystyrene beads do compress after some time so it is recommended that you top them up from time to time. Our beanbags have built in zippers to allow filling and emptying should you want to wash your cover or change the polystyrene beads. Please note our polystyrene beads are fire proof.

4. I would like to order bulk, is it possible?
Yes, please contact us to discuss further. We can provide you with a quote based on quantities.

5. How many beans in a bag?

There are on average 7000 beans per litres of fill. An average beanbags requires 250 litres, this equates to 1.75 million of beans.

6.What is the best way to fill beanbags?
The best way to avoid spillage while filling beanbags is to do it with someone else. One person can hold the bag open around the zip while the other pours the polystyrene beads. It is best to put the opening of the bag containing the beans into the bean bag to avoid spills. We recommend you fill the bag indoors as the polystyrene beads are very light and could fly around even in light winds.
